Stampin' Up! Pierced Blooms Dies Floral Wreath Birthday Card

Hi There!  I hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday and a fabulous start to your week! I have a fun wreath made with some fabulous dies from Stampin Up! this week... I love the Pierced Blooms dies and they are carrying over into the new Annual Catalog!  Yay!

I used the smaller flower and leaf dies from the Pierced Blooms Set and cut them in all of the colors from the Color Challenge.  For my wreath base, I cut a 2" circle with a punch and then cut a 2-1/2" circle centering the 2" circle in the middle to make 1/2" ring for my base.  If you don't have punches, you can use two circle dies to cut a ring for your base.  Just use what you have and love what you've got!  lol   I arranged the leaves on the base first with multipurpose adhesive and then added the flowers around the circle using both multipurpose adhesive and glue dots.  I finished it off by adding a few Basic Rhinestone Jewels and a double bow made of Mossy Meadow Twine and adhered it with a glue dot on the left side of the wreath.  My card base is a half sheet of Highland Heather cardstock measuring 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" scored at 4-1/4" on the 8-1/2" side.  I added a 4" x 5-1/4" panel of Basic White cardstock that was embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.  I attached the Wreath with Dimensionals.  I used the Word Wishes Dies to cut out "Happy" in Basic White (2 layers) and Highland Heather (1 layer) for a drop shadow.  I used the Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set to stamp Happy Birthday in Highland Heather onto Basic White.. cutting the Birthday out with Paper Snips.  I mounted the Birthday stamped strip onto a thin layer of Highland Heather and attached it under the Happy with Glue Dots onto the Wreath.  Finally I added three more Basic Rhinestone Jewels and a few splatters with my Mossy Meadow Stamp and Write marker.  It turned out super cute I think!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Blessings, Tina
